Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Dapper Dog Coffee LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers should first contact the carrier directly.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address entry.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photographic documentation

We will evaluate and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are outside our control.


Weather and Heat Considerations

Coffee is sensitive to heat exposure.

During warmer months, customers in high-temperature regions should monitor delivery promptly to preserve product quality.

We are not responsible for quality degradation caused by extended exposure after delivery.
