Perishable Product Policy

Coffee is a perishable food product.

Because all beans are roasted fresh to order, all sales are final except in limited circumstances described below.

We do not accept returns of opened or unopened coffee due to food safety regulations.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

We will review refund or replacement requests for the following:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Defective packaging affecting product integrity

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Required Documentation

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the request.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Flavor preference or taste dissatisfaction

  • Minor natural variations in roast profile

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must first file a claim with the carrier.

Dapper Dog Coffee LLC is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

In some cases, we may issue a replacement instead of a refund.

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already processed or shipped are not refundable.

Customers must cancel prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of dispute documentation to the payment processor

We reserve the right to challenge fraudulent chargebacks.
